A connoisseur flavoured essence with a coffee/liqueur flavour. Great in cooking, desserts, toppings, syrups, coffee, milkshakes and hot chocolate.
Tiramasu Syrup
600g sugar
400ml water
2-3 tsp Rawleigh’s Tiramasu Essence (or use any of Rawleigh’s full flavour essences).
Mix the sugar and water together and boil – then add Essence and refrigerate. To use, add 2-3 tsp of the syrup to coffee, hot chocolate, milkshake or other beverage. To use as a sauce just pour over cake or dessert – can be heated in the microwave.
