fluoride free toothpaste ... mix together 4 tbsp baking soda, 1⁄2 tsp salt and 1⁄4 tsp Rawleigh's Vanilla Essence or Rawleigh's Peppermint Essence. Use by running toothbrush under a cold tap, dip or tip some of the toothpaste onto your brush and clean teeth.
Mentholated Vapour
Spray in the bathroom while taking a shower to aid breathing.
Mouthwash
Can be used as an all purpose antiseptic disinfectant.
